Shipping

 

Techbox endeavours to ship to any address in Australia, there are however some restrictions with some products going to remote locations.


The shipping rates are calculated on weight and size. The dimensions and weights of all items can be found in its product description.

 

In accordance with our Freight provider, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

 

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.  If a note has been left by the courier and the customer has not picked up the package from the depot in the time frame required then the package will be returned to us and the customer will also be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

 If a refund is requested instead, we will process the refund minus the original shipping costs.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays or extra fees. 

 

Returns Policy

 

Techbox Australia is committed to providing outstanding customer service. Our Returns Policy applies to all customer orders for the supply of goods by Techbox Australia.

 

By law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement where there is a issue with a product.
